Verdict

Not the prettiest model, but the only one with Adobe's lawyers behind it.

Firefly is the model brands use because Adobe will defend you if you get sued. The aesthetic ceiling is below Flux or Midjourney, but Generative Fill inside Photoshop is so well integrated that the model quality matters less than it should.
